Being entirely mentally clear while my body deteroriates to a point where I'm a mind trapped in an essentially non-functioning body. (one of my aunts once removed lived to 104 and was completely clear until the end, but had lost her sight, most of her hearing, and most of her mobility, and lived with other old people who had lost most of their mental faculties so she also felt isolated)
Not quite the same as snakes or heights but it is genuinely what I fear most.
