if Distinct() failed, but thats also a redundency. Ive checked the table to see if it could have 2 entries for them and it doesnt. it pulls members straight from the table, compares it to a list of recently active members and processes them.
found the issue 
checked again, not a duplicate entry but this specific user does have 2 slightly different entries
