: Hey everyone, rookie Netdata user here trying to set it up to monitor some of my Windows VMS - Is it impossible to view metrics etc from windows agents in the cloud console?
I currently have 1 parent agent and 1 child agent running

I see them as live in the space, but when I go to Metrics it says "Failed to request contexts
Something went wrong during the request of charts metadata."

Figured out you need a paid plan and using the trial allowed me to see my VMs, however I'm curious how to properly set it up when using a parent & child setup..
