If it helps. When I run http://100.77.xxx.yyy:19999//api/v1/aclk against the node in question I get the attached.

Netdata appears to be running on it. If I connect to port 19999 I get normal dashboard.

I guess question is, is there a way to manually force a node claim.

Hey, @fiery current.

I asked our Cloud guys what the "ErrParsingRequestBody" error is.
Screenshots contains sensitive info (cloud token, node info, etc). An advise: Instead of screenshots, it’s better to copy/paste the relevant data from the terminal after changing sensitive data to (for instance) XXXXXX.

Hi. Just to let you know I sorted this strange issue. The system I was on had curl from a snap. When I installed a curl with apt it magically worked!
