  1. did you uninstall/reinstall the agent for that node at any point?
  2. Is the node a container or k8s host or something similar?

1.) yeah i did actually ... and 2.) they're xen containers.

if you uninstalled and then did a fresh install (as opposed to running the installer script with the --reinstall flag) then the agent probably got a new GUID. If that is the case then I'd just delete the old offline node from the cloud UI.
