Add child node to local parent

on local dashboard for parent node1, i can see node1 (itself) and child node2.
on the cloud dashboard, i can see node1, node2 and node3.

a) is node3 a child of node1 also, or bc it doesn't showup in node1, it's a standalone?
b) if it's a standalone, do I have to uninstall netdata from node3 to reinstall it as a child of node1?

In such a case, no, node3 is not a child of node1. However, it does appear on the cloud dashboard since you have claimed it in the same space
