i am also running a custom build including glibc for gpu monitoring but i have the same results with defualt netdata build

Hi @dawn fable Ok, so the agent does not appear to know it's been claimed, but I'm guessing you did that, right?

You should, after claiming, have a few files under /var/lib/netdata/cloud.d/

Is there anything there?
