his paint is the paint texture for the mangkwan override

which is not wholly compatible with the actual paint texture system

so it works fine outdoors in natural light! not so much indoors. or in caves. or in deep shadows

So after a week being offline my game on Xbox experienced a weird bug where I can, not only equip the hells gate hair cosmetic on the Tsu Tey override but it also removed his lenses.
