I don't think this would count as a spoiler considering it's not story related, I think. But one of the RDA encounters in the spires is this crashed ship. (See picture 1) At the ship there is a computer that you can hack. (See pic 2) It doesn't seem like it does anything. Does it have a purpose or is it just messing with me?

I've encountered that too; does nothing. Who knows if it's part of a quest that got cut, or was supposed to be a random encounter that doesn't work, or is just accidental
