I've completed the main game of Avatr Frontiers of Pandora, as well as the DLC: The Skybreaker.
I'm now achievement hunting and would like to get the Core Chalenge: At the Top of Your Game - Unlock all Apex Skills.

I have cleared every drilling site and outpost in each area of the map, and have tried using other people's worlds (and am willing to still try this method)

Going to another persons world won't help you have to do it solo in your own world 🙁 I ran into this issue as well due to clearing everything. I ended up running into some rogue groups in the upper plains near water, just fly around till you find one. I can't promise it'll be fast but it did work for me!

If you go to aerial defense station in the clouded forest there’s a lever inside the top of the building to trigger amp commandos to spawn, it’s repeatable if you close and reopen your game as well or skip time at a campfire. Here’s a video on how to trigger it to happen if you still need this challenge
