While I don’t know what the name in afop is, it definitely resembles a plant that we have on earth called the bromeliad. Not sure if this helps or not haha, just thought it was cool. Here are some images I found off google.

I found this flower also on some tree branches, and it glows at night! It would be nice if we could have it on our hunters guide
