Since the last Update, i am playing the DLC, the GPU temperature raises to 83°C which it did not in the main game before the patch, unfortunately i cannot go back as there is only one savegame...

Have you done a benchmark test via the benchmark tool? Have you recently changed your thermal paste? Gaming PCs need their thermal paste to be changed every 6 months.

in other games the temperature is around 70°, also in avatar in was like that before the patch

I personally haven’t had my GPU see any spikes. Mine is still around 63 degrees C
If you haven’t changed your thermal paste/grease recently I would to eliminate all possibilities. Usually when I see a spike in temps I try to do that first if I haven’t changed it to see if that’s contributing to it.
I would also do a benchmark to see what’s going on as well
