Major Unplayable game stuttering/fps issues

I just bought the game today, I have a Nvidia 3070ti and amd 5900x
The game literally feels disgusting and unplayable whenever i move my camera/mouse. I tried adjusting every setting I could think of that might be affecting it; graphics settings, fps settings, mouse controls, hdr. Nothing. I really need help.

in the Nvida control panel,

under manage 3d settings, have you tried setting your global settings back to default?

you can easily click on the restore button to flip back to default

i have them on recommended settings but ive only had this problem with this game so its weird

it’s super choppy not smooth at all especially for the 90 fps i was running

You'd be surprised. it could be the HDMI, Display Port cable. I had a similar issue with my old cable. I purchased a new Displayport 2.1 cable and all of my previous issues were gone. The cable I was using came with my monitor. Come to find out it was not providing the bandwidth that the GPU was pushing to my monitor. hence it was the bottleneck. New cable - bottleneck is gone.

I got the IVANKY 16K Displayport Cable 2.1 from Amazon. it cost me $14 but the price is down to $10 now.

If you are using HDMI now, and both your monitor and GPU support Displayport. I would switch to DP.

I had something like this, but it all got fixed after I improved my ram to 16 from 8gb. Maybe you could see if that helps, if none of the other suggestions have helped that is either

Well, we knew the GPU was solid, but the CPU was not up to minimum spec. The game will load but pushes the CPU to 100% and shortly after the game locks up. So, We decided to go with a "slight" upgrade from a R7 2700X to the R7 7800X3D. Does require a new MoBo and Ram. but it will be worth it. Both of my Sons are getting upgrades on Sunday as neither can play AFOP consistently.

Please can you answer me to a question. Can i play this game in coop mode if i have ps5 and my friend a laptop?Is crossplatform? If yes, we must buy both from ubisoft store this game or not?

I saw this, i have ps5, my old laptop is not compatible with this game and my friend has a very good laptop. From where we need to buy this game, has any kind of importance? Or is enough if we register our games on ubisoft platform to be able to play together.
