I have a problem with "familiar echoes part 4" I'm supposed to go back to the headquarters and meet Anqa there. She's just not there. As I saw in another video where she should be, she's not here. Can anyone help with this?

Have you finished main campaign? I think finishing it or getting close to finishing it prevents some sidequests from continuing. But another person on the official Ubisoft server has already reported this problem, so hopefully it gets fixed in the next patch.
