I am aware that you can change the cosmetics, problem is I want to completely hide the headguard mod because every single one I've acquired is just too huge and covers all my character's front. I want to go back to just the headbands. I can't believe they didn't think about this. What if a person wants to completely hide the headbands altogether because he/she doesn't like them? They'll be just stuck with it unless they knew beforehand that you can't unequip stuff (or at least hide it).
I though with all the people's complaints I see online a function to hide/unequip gear would have been released but it seems that it'll take a while, if they ever plan to release it that is.
To people that will say: "You're in 1st person view, you'll never see the headband anyway", please understand, that's just your point of view. If they implemented a full customizable gear appearance I expect the gear to take any looks of the gear I've already acquired (which is currently implemented and I like it) or hide it because I may not like the gear category, otherwise why bother?
In the meantime, can please somebody tell me if someone has found a way to unequip gear? I honestly would rather lose some stats instead of having the headguard mod on.
