I think of may be an a good idea to create channel(s) or section with diffrents languages (French, Spanich, ...) Because two reasons:

  1. With option to talk in his birth language is more easy to chat.
  2. I think of many peoples come back when we see of it's an all english server (Maybe can speack english, maybe don't want translate all the time, ...)
So, it's my suggestion, thanks you 🙂

The idea of making language channels might be a bigger issue that might extend beyond the fact moderation does not speak every language, it’s all an issue of what languages to choose. While they could choose a few of the topmost spoken Languages in the world that does not mean it still eliminates many people, but it’s also shows that the community team is showing favoritism towards certain groups because they chose their language. But I am not Ubisoft nor do I know their policies but I do know that for Ubisoft to want to had more languages to this server would be a very big and costly decision and might be too big for the company to want to make the effort for this server

That's a really great suggestion! I agree that having different language channels would make it easier for people to chat in their native language and feel more comfortable.!

I wouldn’t argue it’s favoritism. I think it’s more practical to select one language and to roll with it. It would be a moderation nightmare to have multiple languages to have to moderate as it would require multiple moderators to handle. It’s just more practical to select one language to worry about. As to why they selected English is probably because it would be more universal to use. Idk I could be wrong on that and perhaps there would be a better more universal language to chose. But yeah I don’t blame them for choosing to have only one language to moderate and use for this server. I know it has to be a pain for some people to have to use google translate to understand what’s going on so I get why there’s some frustration with that. English isn’t exactly the most simple language in terms of grammatical rules and this is coming from a native English speaker. So I do respect people whom are not native English speakers who can deal with the messiness of the English language.

Thank you for your suggestion @pseudo vessel. I understand that it would be ideal to be able to speak your native language. Unfortunately, this is not something we can support at this time. The English-only rule is universal for all Ubisoft servers and it's because all our mods and the community team need to be able to intervene if a situation arise. As we have studios all over the world English is what we use to communicate at work and therefor something all employees speak and understands. We've made a note of your request and will see if it's something we can support in the future.
