Are you sure you typed in the correct email when purchasing?
i’m 99% sure but it didn’t tell me the email it sent to after i bought it so had no way to check
btw I still have my purchase id if that helps

damn, maybe staff members, I mean annoying elijah probably wont work but its been a while for you with no answers through official channels.

can you try just punching in your email at Taproom and seeing if it asks you to purchase again?
If it does ask you to pay again you’ll need to annoy Elijah this is outside of my scope
unless there was a typo when i bought it, it asks me to buy it again (again, couldn’t check for a typo after bc it didn’t show me the email it sent to)

@torpid umbra apologies for bothering you again but its been almost 3 weeks with no replies from the support email(which for some reason i cant find anywhere other than after purchasing) and as far as ive been told, youre the only person who might be able to help. I have a screenshot of the post-purchase page, i have the purchase id if that does anything, if you can't find out what email the link was sent to then id like if i could get a refund so i can do it again properly
