I am experiencing a persistent issue with Cider 2. While listening to music, the playback suddenly stopped and I haven't been able to resume it since.

Steps I have already taken:

Restarted the app: I was automatically logged out.
Login Issues: It took three attempts to log back in successfully.
Status: Even though I am logged in now, all playlists appear empty and no songs will play.

Technical Context:

Official Apple Music App: Works perfectly on the same Windows machine (no network or account issues).
Cider Version: Cider 2 (Paid)
OS: Windows

Cleared the app cache.
Re-authorized the account.
Verified the Storefront/Region settings.
