Private Session active but songs still show in history on Apple Music app | Cider Collective | Page 1

Hello I'm using Version 1.5.9 on windows 10. And even when I use the private session feature. I am still seeing the songs show in Recently Played in Apple Music stock app on iOS. Are there additional settings I need to change? I want to exclude any songs during a private session from reaching my Recently Played history. Please let me know if you need additional info Thank you!
