I don't know exactly what's required to move from the AUR to Pacman, but if "auto updates" were a thing, that would be... amazing

Small issue, this does not work with ALPM

Pacman is not an AUR helper, I should've said that it should be moved to the main repository, instead of the AUR

#

Updating from the AUR is slower, requires the user to go out of their way to use an AUR helper every time they update, and hides discovery of cider to those scrolling through the AUR

Doesn't matter either way, since only a trusted user is able to move packages off of the AUR
