@winter rivet As a manager, sometimes is hard to hire fresh out of school employees without experience. Best way to show interest is to show in person with your resume. Be open to any time interview and be extremely responsive when contacted by an employer. Be honest during the interview and do not be affraid of telling them exactly what you need or want. Honesty and communication goes a long way. good luck to you

I wanted to do walk in interviews but they are not doing that anymore. Sister, i have asked people working in top 4, mmb about my resume and they did say its great for a fresher. and i applying for fresher roles too. i got some projects in my resume which would prove my worth. But, nothing's working out. I am losing hope and getting scared and worse day by day.
Have you looked on Linked in?
I am serching my jobs primarily over there
Other than that, i use indeed and glassdoor
I have been applying to fresher roles which suits my skills...nothing more....but still getting rejected. My ATS score came out good in most of the websites so i dont know what's the problem
I have been using linked in to hire new employees and so far is a great tool
Please don't give up, you can do this!
I know is discouraging at first but you will find something good soon.
Yeah. Most of the job listing will be over there, but....nothing is working out there too. I am asking for referrals from strangers, being ghosted from them too. Just to be rejected.
What kind of job are you looking for?
Thank you mam. This keeps me motivating
