Deployment with Vercel fails

I am trying to deploy my project with qwik in its version 1.3.1 27 days ago the project was working without problems, but I made a fix and try deploying to production that branch (it should be noted that was to test) and failed with this error 500: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR

I switch to the Main branch and deploy and the error still appears.

The build of the application works and also using the preview, I do not get any errors.
