Spicetify not applying whatsover to spotify. | Spicetify | Page 1

I just factory reset my pc and am reinstalling my apps/games, of course i need spotify and spicetify with it, I pasted both commands from the installation page for powershell, the original and marketplace command, and nothing happened. from what i can see no errors occur when i run those commands, but it just doesnt work. ive tried running "spicetify restore backup", and "spicetify apply" numerous times. I've reinstalled spotify already and only the desktop version not from the microsoft store, and I even let spotify sit there without running the commands for a couple minutes because ive had issues in the past when applying instantly and that was the fix. Ive restarted my pc aswell and tried most of these over again and yet to no avail. Please help, i hate ads 😭

Try spicetify backup apply

if u have set it to auto start when turning on pc it might lead to spotify only

also did u install the extension adblockify, I learned that last day lol when i had the same problem

spicetify dont block ads by default

before i reset my pc the marketplace button was just on the left next to the library button and it was full visible and spelt out like it

i guess i was so used to that i totally just got blind sited by the big shopping cart button at the top right
