spicetify upgrade
upgrade doesn't help, this happens when its up do date, seems like marketplace is breaking spicetify/spotify
i've tried uninstalling/reinstalling both spotify and spicetify. so seems to be a problem with marketplace itself.
To uninstall Spicetify do you have any commands?
though this started happening after recent spicetify update, so just gotta wait for spicetify fix i guess
nah u just delete directories
in %appdata%
you can just use "spicetify restore" and it will revert without marketplace
it's time to wait...
Update spotify and it will work. As of right now it only happens on older versions @lucid basin @muted token @hexed wasp. Am working on fix
I'm using the latest version of Spotify and the black screen continues. But I'll wait for the fix, and thank u for your availability 
My fix will not touch the latest version so unless you will give me logs from console (enable it by spicetify enable-devtools and right click anywhere -> Inspect Element -> Console) I will not be able to help you
and on what version of spotify are you?
beacuse you're clearly on win7 which spotify dropped some time ago I believe
so like I said this happens on older versions (1.2.5 is one of them) so you need to wait for a fix

@muted token @lucid basin this issue has been fixed in v2.25.3. Please do spicetify upgrade, spicetify restore and spicetify backup apply to properly apply this fix
