#prefs_path not found even after manually defining it

i defined my prefs path and followed the guide from the faq on the website and it still says that my path is invalid for some reason and im just really lost, i've tried a bunch of things, different paths, etc and it just doesn't like me
what stupid did i do
im also using flatpak ver
it doesnt let me upload the config file for some reason

i've tried the parent folder of the spotify executable as well, i've also tried the second prefs file that i have for some reason
i'd use the not flatpak version if it wasnt for the fact that it's the only one that works for me
