i cant install spicetify ???

hi im having an issue w downloading it but its my antivirus and idk how to disable it :(
cuz norton is my antivirus i think but i cant figure out how to disable it
no where on the norton thing has any buttons to disable anything help

i cant install spicetify ???

okay so update

i uninstalled norton

and its giving me this error

so i went to the FAQ

and it had smth abt it

and i did all the steps even though mine was the same to begin w

and its still having the same issue
