If Jimmy spawns Goddard when Spunky is out, Jimmy is locked in place and can't control Goddard still. And if he tries taking control of Goddard again he can't control Goddard, nor can he drop control of Goddard.
Haven't checked yet but in 1.3 and before a Jimmy ditto had a similar effect when the other Goddard was out.

Goddard is the only reason I play Jimmy so it sucks that I randomly can't use him because of who the opponent is playing.
