Pretty much its a nuzlocke challenge from pokemon but instead in valorant with the main rule being if you lose a match with a character u cant use them anymore.
ive seen on a successful video a pokeball used but im trying to figure out a way to implement it with also having some curiosity to make the viewer click
this was the first idea i came up with

What if you put these words on the thumbdail? "Lose a match, lose the character! " and and scared face?

Representing with emojis is a good way to go I guess
You could make it say something like 💀=character dying or some symbol
