Is a Calculus smarter than a 5th Student?

The term calculus seems a little odd to me (I'm not native English speaker). I would replace it by math student or math nerd. The title has it reversed it should say "is a 5th grade smarter than a math nerd ?" this is unexpected. The thumbnail is pretty good. I would maybe remove the head in the middle and pick a more classroomy background.

Hmmm the previous background had a better contrast and the other students make it look like a real classroom. Also the pencil was pointing at the kid's face.
