What can I improve on my channel?

I would like to get some feedback from you on what you think I should improve for my channel that make sense to do.
I personally think improving my thumbnails would help the most on my channel.
For my editing I have a minimal still, but the audience retention is still good.

• Publish less videos and spend more time on each
• Spend half the time on market research for ideation and the other half on production
• Switch to your native language for a less competitive market
• Steal or copy what works, do not reinvent fire in your cave
• Take a break
