So, what’s the logic behind the YT short flatline? I had a video hit 5.9k with 171 👍 and then after an hour of more then 350 views it flatlined with like 10 minutes? Can someone plz explain? My logic said YT would still promote of it was gaining momentum, not kill it half way through.

It's not "gaining momentum"
Shorts pushed to variety of audiences that possibly will enjoy, thats the rise.. then if it performs , it will gain momentum and climb instead of flatline, if it performs worse than expected and can't find audience , it flats
