I have 5700x CPU and it is over 2.5 years old, recently I was experiencing extremely high temp around 78-85 under normal circumstances, I reapplied thermal paste and it was okay again(which was 20 days ago) but today again the issue came up.
On checking the wattage it was fluctuating between 30-51W and again coming down to 19W... can anyone suggest me any solution please?

Go online and search up what your CPU fan speed is supposed to be, and check if it is doing it correctly. If the fan speed is correct, search up your thermal paste that you are using online and see if anyone had any problems as well. If that doesn't work then possibly see if you have some kind of issue with the way the computer runs, or files, or drivers, etc. if none of that works then just replace your CPU fan, that would probably be the most impactful anyways in the first place
