It takes a full minute to start, which is too long especially if the viewers don't know you
I also didn't like how you plugged 2 videos, 1 meme and merch in the first seconds it probably would've made me click away
when it starts, at 1:20, we cannot hear "Quan" I got no clue what he said
It really feels like it stretched and nothing the title says is happening
at 4mins, we can't see the screen, we can't see the guy being pranked + we can't hear well
There's not much reaction and we cant get em
When you cut to the gas station, idk if it's that necessary especially that the mic is really loud/ we can hear the fridge and thats a bit annoying
I think the video could've been only a couple mins long and it would be better & with an other camera angle
Also, usually you want more than 1 angle so it's more engaging and there's scene changes
Lat thing, the outro, is 1 min long, the last minute, I would trim it in yt studio
