You need to do something that is never done before, and so big + unique+ intriguing + emotional + mind blowing and then package and present it in such a way that anyone can understand it and be interested in such a thing

If you want to build an audience don't start with short form content on yt because if you post long form with your short form, the long form won't get alot of views since a chunk of yt users are shorts watchers. I recommend starting with basic content
