Saying so do you think that the real passion for content that matches the personality of the individual loses with the hype to follow the data ?

I think you need to concentrate on doing the content you love. If you're passionate about what you're creating, it will resonate and viewers will pick up on that. YouTube just gives you tips about how to improve your CTR and AVD.
