So just a quick note from watching first few seconds of it, I think you got a lot of good stuff going on and the niche is pretty good. I would suggest to remove stuff like pharmaceutical drugs behind you and maybe add another light source in the room or near your face - I can see you have one already but the recording still looks a bit dark imo.
