Title is still in the works. But this is my niche content, cheer stunting. We try to do the "cool" side of cheer, so we just lift the chicks and crack jokes. Lastly, be honest on the thumbnail! I'm not the biggest fan of it right now and if y'all who have never seen my content could tell me your first impressions that'd be super helpful.

Id say the foreground blends too much into the background due to matching color palate. id adjust the background OR use outlines.
the goal is more contrast between your elements.
(im no expert. im still relatively new to this)
if you keep your foreground shots. then clip the handstall as the main background, then drop a more solid contrast color as the rest of the background, that MIGHT do it

yes, and the contrast outlines for both your "foreground elements play well and are highlighted well
its the rest of the background (besides the handstall cheerleader and the supporter) still dulls your hard work on the other elements

i could not even tell there was a background lady till i clicked in. she melts into the background. everything's the same color pallet back there

I'm not a fan of thumbnails that have zero text unless is something amazing to look at, I'd say keep the rule of three, 2 images and a text block, also the rule of 18% reduce the thumbnail to 18% and see if it's clear what the image conveys, remember not everyone has perfect eyesight.

It is amazing but not something we haven't seen before, I just saw a couple of videos that have an eagle lifting a lion, I would say that is amazing to look at even tho is fake, if you don't use text you are wasting real estate., is like buying a house and only using the garage.
