I feel like I'm creatively lost on this one. Any tips? Also any tips on the title? I'm a Realtor in Los Angeles.

"Home" and "Buyers" Shouldn't be in the same line, make a line for each word and make it a little bigger, maybe add some color to one word, but otherwise it's good.

I would honestly not know what to expect when I click on this video, though it could be, that I'm not a home buyer myself.
Something like "5 things you need to know before you buy a home" or "never buy a home before doing this" would be much more intriguing to me.

I mean buying house is serious stuff, and you will be more "reliable" (sorry , my vocabulary is limited, but i guess you get idea of words like trustworthy) with more serious look. Other than that, its fine for general video if someone search for this

If you want to catch more attention, you'll need to play the game of separation, i.e. Title: "Home Buyers guide 2024" + Thumb "Mistake + Arrow on something" . So you kinda get search based title with curiosity thumbnail
