The niche (as the channel name suggests) is all about healthy meals that are easy to cook, affordable, and tasty. Modeled the video and packaging after other successful channels in the niche, but with my own spin.

This is a new channel for me, so still sorting things out, but here's a link to my latest video. I'd love any feedback!

In this video we're bringing you a classic Italian comfort food with a healthy twist: Chicken Cacciatore loaded with veggies. This dish is not only easy to prepare but also has great macros – it’s low in fat and carbs, and high in protein.

Hey Scott! Awesome that we shared a video on the same day. Yours looks delicious!

Feedback from my end fwiw!

  • If you aren't already, I would be curious to A/B test the Thumbnail title with the name of the dish instead, of "healthy comfort food" just to be more specific. For example, if I was vegetarian, I would turn click away after learning what is being prepared
  • The overall thumbnail looks extremely different from the first 3 seconds of the video and it's a bit misleading (almost feels like the thumbnail was AI-generated)
  • I really appreciate and enjoy your lo-fi editing, the music matches the audio and theme of the video, nice job there
  • Since you mentioned cheap, would of love to known the total cost of the dish or cost of serving size (it's also a way to build trust with the viewer)
  • Same with how is the claim is a healthy eat (how many calories?)
  • I have all these ingredients at home so I am going to try this dish out! Can't wait to share how it goes!

Nice work and keep on creating!
