What's the video title?
I like the facial expressions and contrasting text colours, but the backgrounds of both images are so busy and detract from the foreground subject and text. I would suggest that you fade out the background with a blur effect or transparent overlay

I think something like that could work too just for inspiration.
I removed unnecessary details (Logos) to simplify the image, blured the background..

The background is too bright and doesn't contrast well with the words. Try changing the colour of the text, it might work

Also yeah if the background is less bright, there'd be more contrast and it would defo pop more

Its also just very noisy in the background. I would personally be more likely to click on it if it was just a plain white background.
