if anything to have a chance to talk about it. I'm happy you're getting into spincad and flashing the fv1. the reverb one wasn't close enough to the "generic mono fv1" arachnid? anyway the only difference between this and the arachnid is that this has the ch341 usb, the arachnid instead has the 8 way selector. you can go either way anyway, adding a ch341 to the arachnid (what I did) or adding the 8 way rotary to this one if you want

Yeah, I had no way of writing to the eeprom. This lets me do that and hear what it sounds like through the real pedal instead of in the simulator

Oh, I guess that would have been cheaper.

If this turns out to be something I actually use (which is in question) I'll consider hacking an 8-way rotary into it.

probably, but less neat if you want on-board programming since you'd have to connect it with a bunch of jumpers

i probably never use that many programs but i have them since i have to pull out the eeprom to flash it
