Yeah, that's expected behavior and the error message sums it up - you can't delete an external account if it's the only one for the default currency

Oh, ok. Then how would I go about updating it, should a customer want to change it to something else?

Or should I just add a message to create a new bank account, and delete the old one, if needed

Yeah you'd want to create a new account and set default_for_currency: true and THEN you can delete the old default
