I'm still doing some digging - all I can really find is that this indicates something went wrong during the verification process, but let me see what else I can find

Yeah I'm not finding anything, I think it may be that this account just doesn't work with instant verification, so you'd either need to use it with microdeposit verification or choose a different acount

okay, I'm going to ask the client to try again with different accounts and also record each step of the process which will hopefully shed some light on what's going on here
