Hello, yes there are ways to test them in test mode. Are you testing a custom page with Stripe elements or is this a Checkout page?

If it is a Checkout page, then it sounds like you might not have your apple pay/google pay wallet set up

They won't, Apple/Google use real cards on their side but Stripe ignores that and creates a card with completely different info

Apple will always require real cards but like I said Stripe will not charge them as long as you are in test mode
