you turn on email settings both for charges and specific to subscriptions in your dashboard.
Thank you, actually the successful payments option is enabled, why is it that even that , the receipts still do not arrive?
And these subscriptions are occurring in Live mode, or Test?
Both, in test mode these emails do not arrive?
Correct, we do not send emails in test mode
Ok, ok, so in production mode, each charge on the user's card, the receipt will be sent to th user´s email automatically right?
