My understanding is that you want to contact general Google Support and they will route you to the correct place to get your app reviewed.
I'm not positive what Google actually requires on their end. They will be able to advise you on that better than I can.

My understanding is that it isn't required but I'm not 100% on that. I would clarify with Google when you reach out to their Support team for your app review.

Sorry, I can't really help with this — this app approval is not related to Stripe... it is solely with Google so you have to talk to Google about this.

Okay talked to a colleague and actually it sounds like you do need an account with Google in order to go through this registration process.

No I can't. All of what you are discussing is specific to Google. I can only help with your Stripe integration.
actually google pay one of your feature and in your integration documentation, it never mentioned about google pay account

We clearly state in the above documentation I linked that in order to go live you need to reach out to Google Support.

in the documentation its only mentioned to contact google support, not mentioned that we required google pay business account
Well I can submit feedback that it could be helpful for us to indicate that on our end in those docs, but honestly it is also pretty logical that you would need a business account in order to get approval for using Google Pay in your Application.
