Ok, but I found this on your doc "If a Customer has been provided or Checkout creates a new Customer, Checkout will attach the payment method to the Customer."

Based on this, I provided customer to this request - req_inzYsEZY6Pmi2E
So the payment method of this checkout will attach to the customer I provide?

How the customer will be created via checkout?

If you don't pass the customer parameter. In both examples above, you've passed an existing Customer ID:
