ApplePay needs setting on who owns the site. Checkout is Stripe hosted page so Stripe already did that. Elements or Payment Request Button is the components to embed directly to your website. So you as the site owner will have to configure

Checkout should display the button automatically if the customer open in Safari, on either MacOS or iOS (iPadOS), also has a card setup properly in their Apple wallet

because honestly this is too much work and it would be better if you guys can do it for your customers because not every customers knows in coding

there are many third party platforms that have plugins and so on that can add Stripe payments to your site without coding. This Discord is for developers to ask questions about coding the integrations themselves.

I'd suggest working with Shopify's support team on that issue. Also possible the customers just don't have Apple Pay configured correctly on their end.
