Can you share the connected account ID?
From the warning message, "identity document" is required to enable payout
Let me explain more. I try to create with the provided information in your docs

=> Can you check if which field is wrong ? Because, after click the submit button, It gives me the error wrong identify document but not show which one
Is this error related to when add my bank to receive payouts
Let me have a check, but it is likely that the relevant information is under Additional information on the representative section:
If Stripe is unable to verify the representative, you need to provide a scan of an ID document. This can be collected with the verification.document.front and verification.document.back arguments.
Identity verification documents must be issued in Japan and show the person’s residency status.
so it is related to my platform settings, right ? I didn't see anything about the scan of an ID document.
As I checked the doc (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/accounts), It says that accoutn type Standard , the identity information will be gathered by you guys => So, it is supposed to require the scan of an ID document in connection stripe web link , right ?

The onboarding link will collect the relevant information. However, the verification result will come later and might have eventually failed validation and required more document. Platform will then generate a new onboarding account link to collect the new document.

It usually shouldn't be too long in test environment, but it varies in live environment. Did you use the test data here ? https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing

You need to provide real information to activate a Standard connected account.
To create test mode payouts for a Standard account, use any valid bank account details (for example, your own). Test mode payouts simulate a live payout but aren’t processed with the bank. Test mode Standard accounts always have payouts enabled, as long as valid external bank information and other relevant conditions are met, and never requires real identity verification.

The Doc implies that you would need real and valid information to create Standard Account, even in test mode

I mean, I just open Stripe connect link
and register my account and input the data it requires
Hmm, one more thing I want to mention is that when I use with the keys from old account, same input data in test mode , it works. But after, I change to use the key from this new account , it does not work as I expected . Is this related to account setting up ?
