I mean affiliation. I sell a product for $100. Someone else brings me the sale of $100, so I give them $15 for their effort - a commission.

Ah, okay. Stripe Connect allows for that using what is called Separate Charges and Transfers: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers

Creating separate charges and transfers

With Connect, you can make charges on your platform account on behalf of connected accounts, perform transfers separately, and retain funds in the process.
